Really like the feeling of this intro, just makes me feel: yeah, ready to go! I think that's what an intro should do, simply.
some spots: 1.21 love the little guitar that enters, and that acoustic playing afterwards, is sweet and very good.
1. 56 very good chord to land on I feel, and then we move into that "chorus-like" part, which I also dig melodically.
Your vocals are powerful as always, expressive, quite simply good stuff in my book.
This song has exactly what I remember from when listening to your songs the first time, beautiful melodies throughout it, inventive use of sounds and the storytelling of course..
Maybe i would have liked to hear a bit more of the bass that dwells at the bottom of the mix. Perhaps doubling and adding some subtle different phrases with a real electric bass would do the trick.. hmm trying to make out as i listen if it is actually that i hear.. well maybe more of that bass, anyway, is what comes to my mind.
Thanks a lot for telling me about this one  I can't get too much of fine melodies, it seems.
